While Grey's Anatomy has had several LGBTQ+ characters throughout its 15-season run, the show just announced the addition of its first gay male surgeon.

TV Line reports that actor Alex Landi will play the role of Dr. Nico Kim. While it's unclear how large his role will be in the upcoming season (which debuts at the end of September), this is still a big moment for the show.
