Need fashionable inspiration this Halloween?

Guillermo del Toro's gothic horror film Crimson Peak, in which Tom Hiddleston stars opposite Mia Wasikowska, is gonna be plenty sexy. As the actor explained in a recent interview, regarding the sex scenes:

"I really pitched for that scene because it's about the twin energies of sexuality and violence, these polar opposites. Gothic romance is actually all about sex and death, and there's always an undertone... Guillermo and Mia and myself all agreed that that sex scene had to be quite powerfully realized."

In the meantime, we'll have to content ourselves with the gothic fashions inspired by the film currently on display at New York City's Bergdorf Goodman flagship on Fifth Avenue. As David Hoey, Bergdorf's senior director of visual presentation, explained in a statement:

"We were privileged to have the opportunity to build our windows around some extraordinary architectural elements and objects created for Crimson Peak. We were inspired by the craftsmanship of these pieces and their haunting ability to transport us into the mysterious world the filmmaker created."

Crimson Peak opens in theaters Oct. 16. Check out the window displays below:
