TUNES: Keeping with the successful formula that made The Emancipation of Mimi the best-selling album of 2005, Mariah Carey's new album E=MC' shies away from too much experimentation, offering slick, beat-heavy crowd pleasers reminiscent of its predecessor's song cycle. Check out the standout Danja-produced track 'Migrate"(featuring T-Pain), whose hypnotic beat will set aflame any dance floor. Mimi's E=MC' hits stores Tuesday, April 15. In the meantime, watch her video for the far-from-subtle single "Touch My Body," featuring 30 Rock's Jack McBrayer. Aww, we love our dorky NBC page.
GROOVE: This April 16 join gay R&B crooner Ari Gold,Project Runway's Jack Mackenroth, and Rent's Anthony Rapp for Ari Gold in Concert: Benefit for the Equality Ride at the club Touch in New York City. Soulforce NYC, Gay.com, and RJO Artists are hosting the concert to support young equality crusaders as they prepare for Equality Ride through the South this fall. Tickets are $25 and can be purchased here.
FLICK: Discovering that his first boyfriend is getting married -- and not to a man -- prompts Matt (Philipp Karner) to return home and rekindle his love with Ryan (James O'Shea) and keep him away from his new paramour, Alex (Tori Spelling) in Kiss The Bride. The tale of boundless sexuality leads to the kind of three-way entanglement only Spelling could pull off. The film is released in select U.S. cities April 18. Catch the trailer here.
SPECTACLE: Attracting a pristine selection of men from all over the world, Jeffrey Sanker's White Party Spring Break will hit Palm Spring, Calif., April 17-21. Featuring themed events including the Boxers and Briefs Underwear Party, Boogie Fever (celebrating 30 years of dance music), and Extreme T Dance, every night promises a wild celebration. To purchase your weekend passes, head here.
FETE: Former Miss America -- and current Legally Blonde Broadway star -- Kate Shindle will host New York City-based Housing Works' fourth annual Keith D. Cylar AIDS Activist Awards on Thursday, April 17. You can still buy tickets to the event here.
