Orville Peckis the Gay Yeehaw Agenda!

We're all shouting "yippee ki-yi-yay" after seeing country singer and masked dreamboat Orville Peck on the cover (and interior!) of Paper!

Peck (who recently released the first volume of his two-album duets project, Stampede: Vol. 1) was interviewed in Paper magazine by his close friend, RuPaul's Drag Race star Gottmik. While the interview is terrific and gives us some great insights to Peck's creative process, mental space, mask evolution, and future plans, the photoshoot is what is really getting us excited!

The photoshoot, done by Brett Loudermilk, mostly focuses on Peck wearing nothing but cowboy boots, his signature mask, and a cowboy hat. Sometimes gloves and a bandana are added.

When he's feeling extra shy, Peck wears a wet white t-shirt while sexy rodeo clowns spit water on him.

On the cover, he's riding a giant black bull made out of balloons while holding a balloon trophy, looking like the king that he is!

While talking about his collaborators on his double album of duets, Stampede volumes 1 and 2, Gottmik asked about Peck's collaboration with Diplo. "Diplo on the album? At Pride? I'm like, 'Is there a sex tape coming along with it…?' I'm confused. Because I'd watch the tape. I need that as the music video."

"Well, he's my good-for-nothing on-and-off-again boyfriend, as we like to call each other," Peck joked (we assume).

In the interview, Peck also revealed that the second volume of Stampede will be out "sooner than people think."

"This year for sure. It's coming this summer," Peck revealed.

We can't wait!

Until then, we'll be rereading this Paper issue... for the articles, of course!
