From gym selfies showing off Nicholas Galitzine's hunky transformation to trailers where the star's abs are front and center, the upcoming Masters of the Universe has been teasing fans since the movie was first announced.

This week, the studio upped the ante by sending Galitzine on a press tour where his physical transformation was a hot topic of conversation.

In the final trailer for the upcoming movie, Galitzine is once again seen in his tiny gladiator-style He-Man costume. To prepare to play the action-hero role, the Red, White & Royal Blue actor had to overhaul his diet and hit the gym.

"It’s a very daunting ask to ask any actor and say, 'Hey, you’re going to be the most powerful man in the universe.' That means boulder shoulders. That means giant biceps. That means rippling pectorals and six-pack abs. Who wants to embrace that?” director Travis Knight joked about the role in an interview with Variety. "But my man Nick, he completely embraced what that means. And that meant he had to transform his body."

Galitzine put in the work, but once filming wrapped and he had to prepare for his next role, he slowed down and started eating whatever he wanted.

"I was like, 'macaroni and cheese,' but you don't even want to know," Galitzine said. "It was sickening."

Masters of the Universe premieres in theaters on June 5. Keep scrolling to see reactions to Galitzine's physical transformation for the role!
