Millie Bobby Brown praises her gay bestie Noah Schnapp, says 'everybody deserves love'

The talented actress is even opening up on the idea of her starring as Halsey in a rumored biopic.

Millie Bobby Brown has always proven to be a fierce ally.

At a young age, the talented actress shot to superstardom in the breakout role of Eleven on the hit Netflix series Stranger Things.

As her status in Hollywood rose, Brown continued to show nonstop support to the LGBTQ+ community, especially with her extremely close bond with her Stranger Things costar Noah Schnapp.

Brown has served as a constant safe space for Schnapp after he publicly came out in January 2023. With Pride Month recently coming to an end, the besties celebrated how far they've come as a duo.

"I'm excited to celebrate with him, especially because he's just recently in the last few years come out, and it's an exciting time to celebrate amazing people. The majority of my friends are part of the community, so it's like a birthday every day," Brown tells Out.

Although Stranger Things recently came to an end, Brown is staying booked and busy as she tackles more exciting projects in Hollywood. Fans can watch her in her 'dream role' of Enola Holmes in Enola Holmes 3, which just dropped on Netflix.

At only 22 years old, Brown is aware of her platform and that many young people aspire to be more like her. As a longtime supporter to the LGBTQ+ community, she's encouraging all queer youth to stay resilient.

"I love you and I'm glad that you are who you are. Please continue to be yourself and be unafraid to be yourself. I will continue to forever be an ally. Everybody deserves love."

Brown's rΓ©sumΓ© certainly speaks for itself, but she's manifesting a queer project in the near future. There's been chatter about her playing Halsey in her rumored upcoming biopic and she's actively trying to make that role a reality.

"I recently just heard about this! I saw her at Coachella and I was like, 'Hi twin!' We do actually look really alike in person too. She's amazing! I have yet to hear her story, but I love her music and love her. I'm never going to say no to that!"

Enola Holmes 3 is streaming now on Netflix. To see the full interview with Millie Bobby Brown, check out the video at the top of the page.
