That mystery man has now been identified as Justice Fester, who appears to be from Hawaii. In just two days, Rock's video with Fester has surpassed 8.1 million views and 1.2 million likes on TikTok. Needless to say, fans have absolutely given their stamp of approval when it comes to this new beau.
