The allegations against Drake Von just keep stacking up.
New police body cam footage has come to light showing the adult film star denying he had been drinking or using any substances behind the wheel when he was arrested earlier this week for crashing his car, even though nitrous oxide was found, reports TMZ.
In the aftermath of the adult film star’s arrest on domestic violence charges, Von was pulled over and arrested for the second time this month by Las Vegas police for allegedly driving under the influence.
According to TMZ, before Von, whose legal name is Dawson Bacon, was handcuffed following his DUI crash, the GayVN winner told police that he had not consumed alcohol or any substances before driving and that the last time he drank was a week earlier at a party.
But a police report shows that officers allegedly found 13 nitrous oxide tanks, as well as balloons and rubber bands, inside the Tesla that Von crashed.
The 23-year-old agreed to a sobriety test, and the body cam footage obtained by the outlet shows him being led out of an emergency room in handcuffs before a police officer pats him down and puts him in the back of a police car.
Von was charged with one count of misdemeanor DUI after reportedly crashing his car into another vehicle. Photos released to TMZ show the passenger door smashed in.
Von’s denial of wrongdoing is nothing new. After being arrested on June 2 on charges of first-degree domestic battery, domestic battery by strangulation, and felony coercion constituting domestic violence with threat or use of physical force, Von vowed all charges against him "will be dropped and [the] case dismissed" and that reports to the contrary are false. “I’m very good mentally. This was all a publicity stunt,” Von told Out.
Von’s arrest on domestic violence charges stemmed from an argument with his girlfriend that escalated into a physical altercation where he allegedly grabbed her by the throat and “slammed her on the ground” and strangled her “by applying pressure to her throat restricting her breathing” until she “could not breathe and she felt like she passed out,” according to a police report obtained by Out.
According to police, when they got to the scene, the victim had a bruise above her right eyebrow, a scratch on her hand, and redness on her neck that was “consistent with her allegations of being strangled.”
Von also made headlines earlier this month when a video was posted to social media by the gay adult news site Str8Up allegedly showing Von in a confrontation that involved a knife.
In the clip, a man who is said to be Von is seen approaching someone recording the incident. The person can be heard repeatedly saying, "Back the fuck up," while the person identified as Von says, "Come here bitch.”
As the person who is allegedly Von approaches, the person who appears to be holding a knife threatens to stab him. Von walks toward them, getting in their personal space, and says, "You’re not going to stab shit.”
In response to a backlash on social media, Von told Out that the clip was a "fake video that's old as hell [and] completely unrelated to this 'incident'" where he was arrested for domestic battery, and that his "future is bright. I’m gonna stay on my grind!"
