Heated Rivalry breakout Connor Storrie is heating up the rumor mill this week as he was spotted in Paris speaking with award-winning gay director Luca Guadagnino. Instagram account @Connorstupdates posted footage of Storrie and the director of acclaimed films such as Call Me By Your Name, Queer, and Challengers.
In the video, the two men appear to be talking in a lobby of a restaurant, then walk off to be seated at a table together, reports Just Jared.
After the Golden Globes, where he and his co-star Hudson Williams were presenting, Storrie was asked on The Today Show if he had a dream director he wanted to work with.
"I won't say who, but there's a director that I really, really want to work with that has a movie that should be coming up soon. And I was like, 'Hi, I love you, I want to be in your movie."
While Guadagnino doesn't have a release date for any of his upcoming projects, he's currently working on the movie Artificial, in which Andrew Garfield will play OpenAI CEO Sam Altman. His 2025 film After the Hunt, starring Julia Roberts, Ayo Edebiri, and Andrew Garfield, also made a splash on the awards circuit.
Storrrie is in the French capital for Paris Fashion Week. Last weekend, he and Heated Rivalry costar Hudson Williams also made international headlines as Olympic torchbearers. They participated in the flame relay Sunday in Feltre, Italy, just ahead of the Winter Olympic Games in Milan.
Heated Rivalry has been renewed for a second season.
