Chappell Roan turned the tables on paparazzi and slammed them for “harassing” her.
The queer pop icon, wearing smoky eyeliner and a scarf wrapped around her head like an old Hollywood starlet, is going viral for a video in which she filmed a crowd of paparazzi following her as she attended Paris Fashion Week.
In the now-viral video, which has already gained more than a million views on social media, Roan is seen standing beside a car surrounded by paparazzi.
“When you’re disregarded as a human, this is what it’s like,” she is heard saying. “I’m just trying to go to dinner, and I’ve asked these people several times to get away from me.”
Turning her cell phone camera on the paparazzi who had been tailing her, the 28-year-old “Pink Pony Club” singer asked the photographers to stop “following” and “harassing” her.
“These are all the people who are completely disregarding all of my boundaries,” she said.
This isn’t the first time Roan has had a run-in with the paparazzi that made headlines. While at the 2024 VMAs, Roan clapped back at a photographer who told her to "shut the f**k up” on the red carpet.
She responded, ”Don't. Not me, b***h!”
Last October, Roan also called out a photographer for being “so disrespectful” to her at the 2025 Grammy Awards.
"You yelled at me at the Grammy party,” she said. “Yes. Yes... at the Universal afterparty. I remember. You were so rude to me, and I deserve an apology for that."
