Andy Cohen Pisses Off Anderson Cooper With Shirtless Photo Post

Andy Cohen and Anderson Cooper

That's what best friends are for.

The boys are back in town! Well, sorta...

Andy Cohen is just like us. He's reminiscing of a pre-pandemic world where Labor Day weekend might have involved a sensible staycation or group outing at the beach with shirtless boys.

But, instead of wallowing, the new dad decided to give us the next best thing.

Yesterday, the Watch What Happens Live star was feeling "bored" while his young son Benjamin took a nap and decided to post some throwback photos of his pal, CNN anchor Anderson Cooper, who welcomed baby Wyatt Morgan earlier this year.

"If it were a normal year, I'd be on vacation with my pal...threatening to post shirtless pics of him," Andy captioned the pictures. "Well, it's 2020 and I'm sitting on my deck so I figured I'd just post without asking and piss him off! #SilverFox."

Later, Andy joked on his Instagram stories: "Anderson is so pissed at me you guys," adding, "Listen, I'm just sitting here, bored under a blanket" as he pans the camera to show he's sitting outside on the deck of his home.

"All that's here is Ben's little drum set. Ben is sleeping, and I'm bored, so what else am I supposed to do?" he continued. "Maybe I'll do an Instagram live later, I dunno. I got Ben and Housewives cuts to watch. Maybe I'll post more shirtless pictures of Anderson."

Behind the camera, Andy and Anderson have been swapping tips as they've become dads. Earlier this year, the Bravo host revealed they even shared the same nanny for both Benjamin and Wyatt.

"I've been talking about my nanny [saying] she's leaving, that she's gonna go help out a friend, and the moment Anderson announced it I got a bunch of DMs from eagle-eared Radio Andy listeners saying, 'Wait ... is that where your nanny went?' The answer is yes, that is where my nanny went," Andy said on his SiriusXM in May.

"We had long planned this transition, but I certainly didn't expect it to happen during a quarantine, of course," he added. "So we had to really handle this hand-off from one home to the next very carefully, but we did and she is now with Anderson and I know she's gonna get Wyatt on a great sleep schedule just like she got Ben."

"I'm so happy for Anderson," the Bravo star said after the birth of Wyatt. "We've been talking about this for a long time and I have been really enjoying Anderson coming over. His visits with Ben have taken on a special significance since we both knew for a while that Anderson was planning on [becoming a dad] himself."

Friends who daddy together stay together. Right?
