Vincent McNeeley (he/him) is a queer, Latino, neurodivergent technologist, best-selling author, and award-winning strategist leading at the nexus of human rights, sustainability, social justice, and technology. He serves as Vice Chair of the Silicon Valley Pride Alliance, Corporate Sponsorship Manager at The GenderCool Project, Partnership and Product Leader at EMPWRD AI, and Executive Producer at Free Lion Productions. Formerly the Global Co-Lead of PRIDE@VMware, Vincent has advanced inclusive innovation in several countries worldwide. His current work spans partnerships, advocacy, and ethical tech design.
