Nina West is a drag queen, actor, activist, entertainer, and author from Columbus, Ohio. Best known for charitable efforts, live performances, and carving a unique path in the drag world, West's stardom rose to new heights after pulling off a "living gown reveal" at the Entertainer of the Year 2008 drag pageant that was subsequently replicated by high-profile pop stars.
West's reality TV debut on RuPaul's Drag Race season 11 ended with her crowning as Miss Congeniality. Years later, the multihyphenate artist returned to compete on RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars season 9. Over the years, West has released EPs with original music, played Edna Turnblad in a U.S. tour of Hairspray, and embodied the legendary drag artist Divine in the 2022 biopic Weird: The Al Yankovic Story, among other incredible achievements.
