Ya don’t say.

Fulfilling the prophecy as told by Good Morning America anchor Robin Roberts, Omarosa Manigault-Newman has written a book detailing her time inside the Donald Trump presidency and the White House in the year following the 2016 election.

Though she was ousted in a very public manner back in December, it was expected that the former aide would share tales from the early days of the Trump administration at some point, and now we've gotten a small peek at what kind of things the former Apprentice star will be writing about.

In an excerpt shared with the Daily Mail, Manigault-Newman, referring to Donald Trump's interview with NBC's Lester Holt on May 11, 2017, writes that she "realized that something real and serious was going on in Donald's brain," adding that his "mental decline could not be denied." The author notes that, though Trump was reminded "a dozen times" to say that former FBI director James Comey was fired based on a Department of Justice recommendation, during the interview Trump revealed his personal motive for the termination, concerned about the "Russia thing."

She adds: "Throughout this erratic and contradictory interview, I kept thinking, 'Oh no! Oh no! This is bad!' Donald rambled. He spoke gibberish. He contradicted himself from one sentence to the next. Many didn't notice it as keenly as I did because I knew him way back when. They thought Trump was being Trump, off the cuff. But I knew something wasn't right."

Omarosa's book, Unhinged: An Insider's Account of the Trump White House, is slated for an August 14 release.
