Wolverine's 1,000 Miles

Wolverine boots are constructed for all things work related, made with a certain hit-the-grindstone mentality that has been a part of the brand's, um, sole for 125 years. Now, Wolverine is releasing a remake of the classic 1000 Mile Shoe for Fall 09. But, there isn't just one 1000 Mile Shoe reincarnate. Instead, the company is putting up a full line of high-end boots that are chic and functional and perfect with jeans, a wool suit, or even with punky leather jacket. The 1,000 Mile Shoe starts $350 a pair, while the Garrison (top left), the Gentleman (bottom left) and the Gentry (bottom right) retail from $210 to $250.
