Sabrina's Aunts Hilda and Zelda Return in 'Chilling Adventures' Clip

Caroline Rhea, Beth Broderick, Lucy Davis, and Miranda Otto

Caroline Rhea and Beth Broderick are bringing their talents to The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina.

Caroline Rhea and Beth Broderick, the original aunts from Sabrina the Teenage Witch are back in the world of witchcraft in an all new clip from The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, season four. The two actresses played Sabrina's aunts Hilda and Zelda in the original version of the show.

The clip starts with a disoriented Sabrina (Kiernan Shipka) looking around her bedroom as two women enter.

"Sabrina, is that you?" they ask. That's when we see them, Sabrina's original aunties from the 90's Melissa Joan Hart series!

Zelda and Hilda walk into Sabrina's room like everything is perfectly normal. "There you are, we were getting worried," Zelda says. "Not me," Hilda adds, "I haven't been worried since bottomless mimosas." When the line triggers a laugh track, Sabrina looks even more confused. And then a voice calls "cut."

When the two aunts say how glad they are that Sabrina has joined them, she looks confused, and asks who they are. "Well, we're your aunties, of course," Zelda tells her. That's when Father Blackwood, former High Priest of the Church of Night, comes onto the set and tells Sabrina she gave a "very authentic" performance.

Sabrina is even more confused, saying "I have no idea what's going on here." Blackwood responds with an ominous, "Don't worry darling, you'll catch on quickly. Or else."

Rhea and Broderick must have some real life magic as they look AMAZING in the clip. It's unclear how extensive their roles will be in the upcoming fourth, and final, season of Chilling Adventures, but it's great to see them back.

We don't yet know if it'll happen, but how amazing would it be to see Rhea and Broderick in a scene together with Lucy Davis and Miranda Otto, who play Hilda and Zelda in the new show? Please, Netflix, give us the auntie crossover we deserve!
