The first trailer for Sharp Objects has arrived at last, and looks to be even more amazing than we could have ever dreamed.
For The Unenlightened: Sharp Objects is a new HBO miniseries starring Amy Adams based off of the crime thriller of the same name by Gone Girl author Gillian Flynn. It also stars  Patricia Clarkson, Chris Messina, Eliza Scanlen, Elizabeth Perkins and Matt Craven, and all 8 episodes are directed by Jean-Marc Vallee, who handled season 1 of Big Little Lies.

Sharp Objects spent more than 70 weeks on the New York Times bestseller list.
