Bonobos Wants You to Walk with Pride

Bonobos Pride Socks

With World Pride taking place in Bonobos’ hometown of NYC, the brand has launched an exclusive sock collection to allow anyone to walk with Pride this season and beyond. The socks were created by Bonobos designer, Adam Blake and include stylish rainbow crew and sneaker socks with playful sayings such as ‘this is a gay sock’ and ‘hide your socks, not yourself.’

The launch of the Pride sock collection is part of a larger Pride program, which applauds the work of several LGBTQ+ activists who are continuing to move the community forward. In addition to applauding the work of these advocates, Bonobos, in partnership with Out, has made a donation to the Callen-Lorde Community Health Center, an organization who has played a major role in serving the LGBTQ+ community for over 30 years by providing sensitive, quality health care and related services targeted to New York’s LGBTQ+ communities, regardless of ability to pay.

Bonobos truly believes in a world where we all fit and constantly champions those who are searching to find their own voice and place in the world.  As part of their continued community support, Bonobos has previously partnered with trans athlete, Chris Mosier to amplify his mission of creating a place where all trans athletes are welcome.  Bonobos has also ignited a conversation around the real meaning of ‘masculine’ in their #EvolvetheDefinition campaign and has also worked with actors like Darren Criss and Tommy Dorfman to help men become better allies for a more gender-inclusive world.
