Adam Rippon is now the first openly gay winner of Dancing With The Stars, according to NewNowNext.
The bronze medal-winning Olympian took first place in last night's finale of the 26th season of ABC's dance competition, which this round featured all athletes, including big names like Tonya Harding and Josh Norman.

Rippon and his co-dancer, Jenna Johnson, were tasked with performing two genres last night: jazz and freestyle. Their jazz routine earned a perfect score from the judges.
"The Mirrorball has now taken on a new meaning, someone like me is accepted and I feel loved," Rippon said to the audience. Take a look at their freestyle number below:
