Police Allegedly Have Video of Kevin Spacey Groping a Teenager

The Kevin Spacey saga continues to get more and more unsettling this week. The latest development in light of the seemingly endless sexual assault allegations against the actor now includes apparent video evidence of him groping a busboy in 2016. The recording is now in the possession of the Massachusetts State Police.

The full complaint, obtained by CNN, was made on July 7, 2016 by a busboy at the Club Car, a bar and restaurant in Nantucket. Among other things, the complaint alleges that Spacey bought the underage accuser alcoholic beverages, bragged about the size of his penis, and tried to get him to go back to his house.

Spacey also allegedly rubbed the accuser's thigh, according to the complaint. Police were told that Spacey then unzipped the accuser's fly and started groping his penis, both inside and outside of his pants, for around three minutes.

"The busboy did not know what to do and did not want to get in trouble at work for drinking, particularly because he was under the legal drinking age, the complaint states," CNN reports. "He said that he tried to shift away with his body and move Spacey's hands away with his hands, but Spacey kept reaching down his pants, the complaint states."

During the alleged assault, the busboy was texting took Snapchat video of Spacey groping him (apparently to prove the account to his girlfriend), which was later used by police to confirm the accuser's and Spacey's clothing from that night.

The news of this development comes days after Spacey released an incredibly unsettling video in character as House of Cards' Frank Underwood, in which he claimed there was no evidence of wrongdoing.

Spacey will be arraigned on January 7th.
