Transforming narcissism into altruism.

It's been a year of missteps so far for Kendall Jenner in 2017. After her protest-themed Pepsi ad received massive pushback and outcry, the reality TV star released a line of apparel with her sister, Kylie, which had their faces superimposed over the imagery of music industry icons like Tupac and Ozzy Osbourne.

Now, after the sisters all but immediately pulled those shirts from availability, the band Arcade Fire is letting everyone know exactly how they felt about the original design, stamping their logo over the same likeness of Kendall Jenner that appeared on the original shirts.

"We are huge fans of their music and it was not our intention to disrespect these cultural icons in any way," Kendall said in a statement. "These designs were not well thought out and we deeply apologize to anyone that has upset and/or offended, especially families of the artists."

Of course, that was after Sharon Osbourne had already let the sisters know exactly how she felt about the shirt featuring her husband. "Girls, you haven't earned the right to put your face with musical icons," she tweeted. "Stick to what you know... lip gloss."

For Arcade Fire's part, the new t-shirt is an addition to their tour merch table, with a sign noting that all proceeds will be donated to Partners in Health. See the design below, and find Arcade Fire's tour schedule here.
