There's something to be said for how iconic the characters of popular animated films have become. Even before modern day CGI made us question whether or not the breeze-ruffled field on a screen in front of us was real or not, the characters themselves and actors who voiced them made them thrive.
So when Tom Hanks made a recent trip to The Ellen Show, he and Ellen DeGeneres, two of the most recognizable voices in contemporary animated films, he decided to have a little Pixar showdown. Hanks, who's been the voice of Woody in the Toy Story series since 1995, had the audience close their eyes while he and Ellen, who voiced Dory in 2003's Finding Nemo and this year's Finding Dory, had an in-character conversation. Don't worry, you're never too old for Disney or Pixar.
