Everyone knows and loves Big Freedia, beloved New Orleans Bounce musician and star of Fuse TV's reality hit Big Freedia: Queen of Bounce. But what about the team of people who all collaborate to make Freedia shine? Get to know them all now!
This season finds the Queen taking on a new movie role, reveling in the fame of her feature on Beyonce's "Formation," and considering marriage to Devon. But when everything starts to crumble, Freedia must rely on her team to stay strong.
Devon is Freedia's live-in boyfriend and other half, the Queen Diva's sidekick. One of the first dancers Freedia ever hired, he's appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live! with her and accompanies her on many tours. Devon also coaches Jr. League football on the side.
Melvin is something of the team's father figure, helping Flash try to reconnect with his long-lost brother and taking care of issues arising for the gang back in New Orleans.
As former manager of Soul Rebels, Reid is the newest member of the team. His infectious energy brings new opportunities and life to the group, but he has yet to win over Melvin's approval.
Tootie's learned a lot from her grandmother and from her time on Team Freedia, and this season is mentoring a young woman from NOLA's Youth Empowerment Project. She's also trying to wrangle her best friend Steph back onto the Shake Team.
Steph left Freedia's team in Season 2, but after some coaxing by best friend Tootie she's back. Now she's got to prove to the rest of the team that she's adding value to each show with her shaking booty.
Flash's signature mohawk and moves drive every crowd wild. This season, though, he must come to terms with difficult truths from his past, leaning on old friend Melvin for support.
Skip's infectious energy and style makes him a crowd favorite, but this season he wants to show the world he's more than a dancer. He's following his musical dreams and forming the rap group Mile-Hi with Juan and Flash.
Berto has worked with huge names like Madonna and Kanye West, and his creative vision fuses art, theater into all of Freedia's shows. His "no BS" approach to decisionmaking isn't always loved by the Shake team, but his style makes a dramatic impact on Freeedia's brand.
Although his family is full of other famous DJs, DJ Juan, has never been overshadowed. He's a musician who kept creating even after all of his equipment was tragically lost in Hurricane Katrina. After the disaster he formed the rap group Harris Boys and finally began working in the limelight with Big Freedia.
