“Always love your children, no matter what they do."
YouTuber Kyle McCloskey, a.k.a. K-SmilesxD on the web, gave his father, Ward, a drag makeover.
Sure, it's not as glamorous as it seems, but beyond the semi-disastrous makeup, the dad and son get the opportunity to share their feelings about Kyle's coming out, and what it's like to be the father of a gay son:
"Whatever you want to be, I will stand by you with whatever choice you make," Ward tells his son during his, er, transformation.
And as Kyle applies foundation and contours his dad's face, he also gets to teach him about homeless LGBT youth.
"I don't believe that a kid should be out on the street," his dad replies. "Always love your children, no matter what they do."
