It's been two years since Zac Efron went toe to toe with Seth Rogen as a hunky frat boy in Neighbors. You know the one: It's about a young married couple with a baby who find out a fraternity just moved in next door. In order to get some peace and quiet, they decide to sabotage their charter.

Well, the slightly anticipated sequel is upon us, and Efron and Rogen are back. The movie is about the same young married couple with a baby, except this time a sorority just moved in next door. Sound familiar? In order to get some peace and quiet, the couple will attempt to sabotage their charter.

This new installment has Selena Gomez and Chloe Grace Moretz, so it's bound to be a hit. Here's what our pannel of editors thought after watching the trailer, below.
