Hallmark wins the prize for tugging what's left of my heart strings with this touching ad featuring Alex, a trans man, discussing the unconditional love of his mom, Pam.

Unbeknownst to Alex, however, Pam is watching and by the end of the ad you'll be on the floor in a puddle of your own weepy emotions.
