Ewan McGregor to Play Lumiere in Live-Action ‘Beauty and the Beast’

Though it's not the dream team of Patrick Stewart playing Lumiere opposite Ian McKellen's Cogsworth (and amid many other stars) in the upcoming live-action reboot of Disney's Beauty and the Beast, Ewan McGregor is a fine choice. We already know he can sing (a la Moulin Rouge), so the candelabra's most scintillating scene in "Be Our Guest" should be well represented. We'll just have to wait and see how good his back-and-forth is with McKellen, but if Disney has faith in him, so do we.
