The Meeks shall inherit the crown!
Myki Meeks dominated the competition on season 18 of RuPaul’s Drag Race. Hailing from Orlando, Florida, the talented queen managed to snatch the crown without winning a challenge in the first five episodes. She then served as the underdog who bounced back after her competitors unfairly put her in the bottom during the “Rate-A-Queen” talent show episode.
Following her only bottom placement of the entire season, Myki went on to win four challenges and consistently stayed on top as she made her way to the finale — before eventually being crowned America's Next Drag Superstar.
Since winning the show, Myki is proudly advocating for LGBTQ+ equality and drag visibility in her conservative home state.
“Especially here in Florida, the political agenda is actively against us. They are scared of us. Why are you scared? Put on a wig, change your life. Ron DeSantis hates us so much because he used to be a drag queen! He was so ugly and so terrible at it, we ran him out of the scene. Now, he has an agenda against us,” Myki tells Out.
