Man Speaks Out After Ex-BF Yanked, Tore His Penis in Violent Attack

British Man Speaks Out After Suffering Torn Penis in Yanking Assault

The victim hopes sharing his story will help others reach out to stop gay domestic abuse in their lives.

A man in England is speaking out about the horrors of gay domestic abuse after he suffered a torn penis when his member was repeatedly yanked by his ex-boyfriend.

The anonymous victim told the Birmingham Mail of the "final time" his ex-boyfriend, Luke Lal, abused him, and it all a row over fried food.

The victim said the pair were discussing dinner plans, but Lal seemed not to care that the victim wanted to follow a healthy diet.

"I told him that I was going to have veggie fingers as I was trying to cut down on junk food at the time," the victim recalled.

Instead, Lal said "let's get pakoras," a deep-fried dish. When Lal returned home with pakoras, his boyfriend refused to eat them, enraging the abusive ex.

"I said that I didn't want to eat it," the man continued. "He started getting angry saying I'm not following what he wants to do, that I need to listen. He punched me, then he pulled my penis five times."

The man was able to flee eventually and call his mother for help. She called the police, and the man was taken to hospital where doctors determined he was suffering from a torn penis. Doctors repaired the man's damaged member, but the tear took two to three weeks to heal.

"It was like a severe throbbing pain," he recalled.

Perhaps fearing the consequences of his actions, Lal "vanished for three weeks" but later resurfaced and began "sending a series of abusive text, audio, and video messages" to the man. Lal also created a fake Grindr profile which he used to post allegedly private information about the victim.

Lal was eventually sentenced to 12 months in prison, which was suspended for 18 months. And while the man says he is no longer afraid of Lal, it wasn't always that way.

"I think if the police and CPS took it very seriously, he would have been kept on remand, but that never happened," the man said. "He was free to go. I was very nervous because he lives in the area I grew up in, I have friends there."

The man expressed hope that others learn from his own abusive experiences so they would seek help if in a similar situation.
