MTV is tugging at our heartstrings with their new PSA. Entitled Thank Your Heroes, it features five young people living with HIV. During their testimonials, they break down the stigmas surrounding HIV and thank someone in their life who's helped them through it.
Little do they know, that person is hidden onset, listening to their warm words of thanks. As they surprise them on camera, it's an emotional reminder to be kind and provide support for others in the community.

The PSA also promotes Logo's new documentary, Quiet Heroes. It tells the story of two lesbian medical professionals in Salt Lake City during the AIDS outbreak. They became the only doctors in all of Utah willing to see AIDS patients.
