On the July 17 episode of The Challenge: Final Reckoning, Natalie Negrotti, 28, came out as pansexual. But prior to the episode, costar Kayleigh Morris (incorrectly) called Negrotti a lesbian on Instagram, and Negrotti is now coming out on her own terms.
"[Morris] did it in a really malicious way, and that's what really hurt me," Negrotti said about the situation on "Watch With Us" podcast. "The way she did it. She was saying, 'She doesn't even like d*ck, she likes p*ssy. She's a lesbian.' I'm not a lesbian, I'm pansexual."
Negrotti continued, "She outed me in a really aggressive way and kept going. It was really homophobic in a way. To me, that's getting gay-shamed. Then there was a whole bunch of people that started gay-shaming me, calling me a 'd*ke,' going on my social media and attacking me for being gay."
Negrotti told the podcast that she's struggled with her sexuality her whole life, and doesn't appreciate that her coming out moment was stolen from her. Now, she's happily dating a woman.
"She's a really great fit for me, and she's really special to me," she said.
