If you happen to be superstitious, it seems there's a good omen coming from Washington DC. Tuesday afternoon, a rainbow appeared over the US Capitol Building. Sure, it could simply be an expected side effect of the dreary weather the East Coast is experiencing today. But some on social media believe it's positive sign.

Stunning rainbow next to the Capitol after a dark, rainy day.
