The track is part of his highly-anticipated debut EP, Homo•Sapien!

John Duff is back at it again with the brand new music video for his latest single "High Heels!"

Part of his debut EP Homo*Sapien, the track is an upbeat, infectious bop about confidence that you can definitely play on repeat all summer long.

"This is my most intricate and ambitious piece yet," Duff said about "High Heels" and his collection of 6 brand new tracks. "This is real music; played by real musicians. I've learned so much about myself from working with so many pros. The main thing being: I'm a real musician."

"Homo*Sapien is a collection of songs that I wrote without consideration of rules," he continued. "Because what are rules but a collectively imagined idea that we humans agree upon? This EP is everything I was told I shouldn't do. It's gay. It's sexy. It's honest. It's a part of me."

And speaking on the inspiration behind the "High Heels" track, Duff reveals that he actually wrote the song back in 2019 during a London trip when he saw a confident young woman sashaying confidently in a pair of stilettos in the wee hours of the day. "It was nine in the morning and John was on the tube, heading to a writing session, when he spotted a young woman sashaying confidently in stilettos. "She was clearly still going from the night before," he says. "We've all been that girl -- if we've been so lucky. Shameless. I loved her...and I aspire to be that brazen in my personal satisfaction."
