Kim Petras Is Back With Your V-Day Anthem, 'Heart to Break'

We've been convulsing from withdrawal waiting for a new Kim Petras bop to keep us from shriveling up and dying in the February wind, and, at last, salvation has arrived. The pop princess is back today, just in time for Valentine's Day, with a new track: "Heart to Break."

"Heart to Break" is an anthem championing the hopeless romantics, the ones hungry for love and willing to risk pain in order to get it.

"Even if it means that I'll never, Put myself back together/ Gonna give you my heart to break," Petras croons. "Don't care if this is my worst mistake/ 'Cause no one else could do it better/ That's why I give you my heart to break," she continues.

The lyrics show a desperation and powerlessness for love, something we can all relate to, particularly on this most triggering of holidays.
