Tan France is speaking out on his 'wildly inappropriate' new series Honorable Gays

The Emmy-winning TV host is even spilling hot tea on the legacy of Queer Eye.

Tan France is unfiltered and unburdened.

The Emmy-winning host and father of two is ready to step into his most liberating chapter yet as he leaves Queer Eye behind and teams up with Rob Anderson and Eric Sedeño on his new series Honorable Gays.

France's polished persona gets flipped on its head as he breaks down some of the most infamous “Am I The A**hole?” Reddit threads alongside his co-hosts as they debate as to who's the problem in a slew of chaotic situations.

"It is wildly inappropriate at times. This is definitely the realest version you're going to see of me. You hear me say exactly what I want to say about any situation and I'm an opinionated person! It's not a mean show. It's a really lovely show," France tells Out.

France shows off more of his charismatic and unapologetic personality in Honorable Gays, which serves as a bit of a departure from Queer Eye, which was focused on uplifting stories for everyday people.

With 12 Emmys under its belt, Queer Eye was a cultural phenomenon, so it came as a surprise when the Fab 5 had a public falling out when Karamo Brown skipped out on their press tour for season 10.

Despite the fractures in the group, France is focusing on the positive and hopes the show continues to inspire all types of people across the globe.

"I can't believe what we did with those 9 years. I feel so proud of those 10 seasons. What we did was the legacy of the show. We got straight folks all over the world viewing us in a very different light and accepting us into their hearts, homes, and families. If that's all we're left with, that's all that matters to me."

France also wants to remind fans that even chosen families run into issues over the course of many years working together, but the impactful stories shows on Queer Eye still resonate today.

"We're a family. We're not one-note. We're not one dimensional. Things are bound to come up, but we're left with 10 seasons of a massively successful show."

Honorable Gays is streaming now on YouTube. To see the full interview with Tan France, check out the video at the top of the page.
