You'll excuse the lack of originality, but is there ever a better dressed man than Tom Ford? There was no shortage of beautiful fashion at the amfAR Inspiration Gala in L.A. this week, but despite fierce competition from Miley and RiRi's decolletes, no one could outshine the designer himself.
Ford received an award for his contribution to research against HIV/AIDS, and also deserves credit for giving gents some dashing alternatives for a black-tie attire. Ford favors a classic, '70s-inspired silhouette with large lapels, not too snug nor too roomy, and a stunning blue velvet fabric, which almost makes him glow under the photographers' flash lights. The best example of how to be daring without neglecting elegance.
