To some, the entire fashion industry can seem readymade for parody. Despite the eccentric personalities and outlandish hoopla, those in the trenches take it deadly serious. Illustrator Alexsandro Palombo clearly loves the business of style, but also sees its more humorous leanings. To fully exploit this dichotomy, he's created a blog--HumorChic--wherein he simultaneously honors and skewers some of the most iconic names in fashion today. Surely he pays homage to the omnipotent Vogue editor Anna Wintour (left), but he takes on a variety of front row fixtures, including fashion journalist Suzy Menkes from the International Herald Tribune and Hillary Alexander, formerly of The Daily Telegraph.
