WATCH: Aviva's Leg Comes Off in New Trailer for RHONY Season 6

Just when you thought things couldn't possibly get more dramatic on Bravo's Real Housewives series, Ramona Singer and the New York gals step up their A-drama game.

In the new trailer for season 6 (premiering March 11), there are Singer zingers, thrown wine glasses, cowboys, at least one new housewife (Kristen Taekman in place of Countess LuAnn) and the birth of crazy Aviva Drescher. This possibly the first time on reality TV that a prosthetic leg has been used as a weapon.
