The 14th annual event at Marquee in New York City last night (sponsored by SVEDKA) was no exception. The beautiful Heidi went into the makeup chair and came out looking like a rich broad from Boca. Her guests Bethenny Frankel, Ice T & Coco, Georgina Chapman, and Jay Manuel were also decked out.
