Men and women throughout the Armed Forces have been coming out in celebration of the first day of the "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" repeal -- a milestone in the movement for equal rights in America, months after same-sex marriage legalization in New York. Below, a gay airman, only known by his YouTube username AreYouSuprised, from Alabama celebrates this monumental time while serving overseas with a YouTube broadcast of his coming out to his father.
