Michael Kors is Getting Hitched

Weddings, weddings, weddings. It's all we think about all day long, it seems, and it's becoming a tad exhausting. But one man we're thrilled to congratulate on an upcoming nuptial is designer and Project Runway judge, Michael Kors, who is getting hitched to his longtime boyfriend Lance LePere. After being spotted at the City Clerk's office on Wednesday, the witty tastemaker admitted to tying the knot. This is a big year for the designer who also celebrated his 30th year in business -- so congratulations all around! Surprisingly, though, Kors is not having a huge blowout wedding with bells and whistles, but a private affair. "Lance and I are very excited to finally be able to have the opportunity to marry in our home state after many years together," he told WWD. Perfect bit of Friday news to warm our hearts. We're just wondering if Heidi will be a grooms(wo)men and we'd die to see their registry.
