Madonna's new video for her "Celebration" single will have its exclusive world premiere on the iTunes store as a free download for two days beginning Tuesday, September 1, 2009. Sneak previews of the video -- starring La M, her boy toy Jesus, superstar DJ Paul Oakenfold (who produced the track), and her daughter Lourdes -- have been clogging up the Internet for the last week, so we're ready to finally see the whole freakin' thing.
A press release claims that the "Celebration" clip -- directed by longtime Madonna collaborator Jonas Akerlund -- reaffirms her "reputation as the master of the 'short movie'" and while I have always loved her videos (my top three are "Rain," "Open Your Heart," and "Bad Girl") we miss the days when she did more than slink around on a sound stage (see above).
The video will be available for purchase on iTunes on Thursday, September 3rd.
