Conservative views but a progressive life.

For all of you who were wondering, 'Ok, but where is the next Middle America sitcom starring Leah Remini now that Kevin Can Wait has been canceled by CBS?' wonder no more. Oh, you weren't wondering that? Well it's coming anyway.

Remini just hopped on board an untitled Fox series from the minds that brought us It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, where she'll play a conservative lesbian raising her children with her ex-husband and new wife. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Remini's character, Jean, "considers herself a patriot that loves her country and firmly believes in everyone's right to be left alone." Though ideologically conservative, Jean is living this progressive three-parent lifestyle, which is bound to rub other conservatives the wrong way.

As she network hops, Remini continues to develop her A&E docuseries Leah Remini: Scientology and the Aftermath, which she created and exec produces. The third season premieres this fall.
