Lisa Rinna has revealed some disturbing test results.

The Days of our Lives and Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star says she tested positive for “high levels” of amphetamines and fentanyl following the premiere party for The Traitors season 4. That event took place at The Abbey on January 8.

Rinna appeared on Good Day New York for an interview Thursday with hosts Jerry O’Connell and Rosanna Scotto, where she discussed the event at the popular West Hollywood gay bar. When asked if she believed she had been roofied there, she said, “Yes, I was. I had fentanyl in my system.”

“I’m not kidding. I had fentanyl, high levels of amphetamines and other things. But I can’t talk a lot about it because we’re still dealing with it. It was leaked, and my team is dealing with it now,” said Rinna, who was a contestant on this season’s Peacock reality competition hosted by Alan Cumming.

Previously, a source told TMZ Monday that her Traitors co-star Colton Underwood noticed that she was “completely inebriated” at the premiere party, alerting her team after he became concerned.

On Good Day New York, Rinna also said that this wasn’t the first time she had heard of alleged druggings at The Abbey, adding that she personally knew people who also had negative experiences.

“So many people that I know have had this happen at The Abbey. All my daughter’s friends. I mean, this is not a first-time thing. This is something that’s gone on for years. And I do think it needs to be a conversation. And I’m glad now that it’s out and we will deal with it. I just haven’t had my own time to do that yet,” she said.

The Abbey provided the following statement to Variety regarding Rinna’s remarks:

“Lisa’s team shared concerns with us following her visit, and we immediately conducted a thorough internal review. When she became unwell, our security team assisted her and escorted her safely out of the venue.

“We pulled and reviewed all available surveillance footage from the time in question and interviewed staff on duty. We found no evidence of drink tampering or suspicious behavior toward her. We cannot speak to medical findings and do not want to speculate about toxicology results. We take any report of a guest feeling unwell or unsafe extremely seriously and follow established investigative protocols.

“Drink tampering is a crime. If any guest believes their drink has been compromised, we strongly encourage them to report it immediately, either to our management team so we can respond in real time, or directly to law enforcement if they prefer. The Abbey has extensive surveillance coverage, trained security personnel, and ongoing drink-safety measures in place. Guest safety remains our highest priority.”

In 2024, The 19th News published an investigative report in which several women spoke out about alleged drugging incidents as far back as 2013. The investigation followed a series of lawsuits with The Abbey that were settled out of court, which prohibited accusers from talking publicly about the details of their cases.

Rinna is the most high-profile celebrity to speak out about an alleged drugging incident there. Previously, The 19th investigation named Los Angeles-based comedian Haely White as an alleged drugging victim who came forward — and was later made to publicly apologize after threats of a defamation lawsuit.

Rinna was selected as a Traitor — a contestant who secretly “murders” fellow contestants on The Traitors — in season 4, but was eliminated several weeks ago. The popular Peacock show airs its season finale Thursday night.
