Tristan Schukraft is ready to change the world.

Known as the CEO of Everything Gay, Schukraft is as the Founder and CEO of MISTR, which serves as the largest telemedicine platform to offer free online access to pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP), DoxyPEP, STI testing, Hepatitis C testing and treatment, long-term HIV care and sexual confidence solutions in all 50 states.

To celebrate the progress made in destigmatizing HIV and celebrating sexual health with MISTR, Schukraft invited the biggest stars in the world to The Abbey in West Hollywood Saturday night for the second annual National PrEP Day.

"Every day it's a new challenge, whether its preserving queer places like The Abbey or eliminating stigma. This is a celebrity-packed party about sexual health! I want to make sexual health something you talk about with your friends. We've seen the impact of the first one destigmatizing that, so I hope the momentum continues with this second year," Schukraft tells Out.

Schukraft not only serves as CEO of MISTR, but he's built his entire brand to align with the core missions of the telemedicine platform. He's proudly discussed his polyamorous lifestyle and sex-positive resorts as his global domination only gains momentum.

"I'm not only the president, I'm a user! I just believe in being your best self and being true to yourself. Own it! Everybody's having sex! I don't why we don't talk about sex. If you get gonorrhea, get treatment! Better yet, get DoxyPEP so you don't get it in the first place. I think it's so important for a healthy mentality and long-lasting relationships. I try to implement that with everything I do!"

Many celebrities are co-signing on Schukraft and MISTR's mission as National PrEP Day featured such an iconic lineup of guests. Charli XCX surprised a packed crowd with a live performance, followed by Chappell Roan's debut DJ set and a closing set from Tove Lo.

The Abbey was packed with A-list appearances as revered musicians and reality TV icons partied throughout the night. Pop and music royalty in attendance included Christina Aguilera, Demi Lovato, Kesha, Kim Petras, Tinashe, Omar Apollo, Lance Bass, and Saucy Santana. They were joined by a massive turnout of reality icons like Khloé Kardashian, NeNe Leakes, Phaedra Parks, Meredith Marks, Melissa Gorga, and Sutton Stracke, alongside stars like Emily Ratajkowski, Bella Poarch, and Colton Haynes.

The celebration follows MISTR's recent announcement at the Clinton Global Initiative Annual Meeting of a commitment to fund one million free HIV tests and one million free hepatitis C tests by the end of 2027, connecting individuals directly to prevention, treatment and long-term care.
