In this nostalgia-driven era, it's no surprise that MTV plans to bring back one of its most beloved shows. However, this time there's a twist. According to Variety, Cribs will return to MTV in June via Snapchat. This comes after the February launch of MTV's Snapchat channel and a multi-year agreement between Viacom and the popular social media app.
The original series, which initially aired in Septebmer 2000, took viewers through the homes of icons like Mariah Carey, Marilyn Manson, and Beyonce (vis a vis Destiny's Child). This time, up-and-coming celebs like Mac Miller (Scary Movie V), Austin Mahone (Big Time Rush and The Millers), and Travis Mills (Flaked) will narrate self-guided tours through their homes for the series.
