'Schitt's Creek's Foreclosed Rose Family Mansion Is Up For Sale

The Rose family in their home

Need your own wig room? This house has all the space you need.

Do you ever look around your house and wonder where you'll put all your wigs?

For the low low price of just $15 million you can get your wig room, and a whole lot more, by purchasing the Rose family mansion featured in the hit show Schitt's Creek.

While the show us over, your life of luxury is just beginning in this 12 bedroom, 16 bathroom house located in the upscale St Andrew-Winfields neighborhood of Toronto. There's even ample space to display a larger than life-size family portrait and host nothing but the fanciest Christmas parties with all your celebrity friends.

The home, known as La Belle Maison, covers a truly massive 24,000 square feet and sits on a half acre. It was built in 2012, and features a sauna, game room, indoor and outdoor pools, a home theater, wine cellar, and a formal dining room big enough for parties. Over three stories, the house features marble staircases, carved limestone, and frescoes inspired by the Sistine Chapel.

Truly, a dream house. It may not be the cottage that Kate Winslet owns in The Holiday, but it'll work in a pinch.

This isn't the only Schitt's Creek location to go up for sale recently. The motel used for exterior shots of the Rosebud Motel was also advertised recently. If you buy both, you're on your way to owning your very own town in case your accountant ever runs off with all you money.

Schitt's Creek has built a hugely passionate fan base over its six seasons, and just aired its final season last year. The show then swept the comedy categories at the 2020 Emmys, winning nine awards including Outstanding Comedy Series, Writing, Directing, and all four acting categories.

The time to live out all your Schitt's Creek fantasies has come, as long as you have a cool $15 million to burn.
