Every once in a while Saturday Night Live nails a parody particularly well. And, even though everyone close to Donald Trump in the White House is already a parody of an actual human being, they still manage to deliver gems - like Melissa McCarthy as White House press secretary Sean Spicer during last weekend's episode.
McCarthy nails Spicer's general unpreparedness, on-the-spot lying, and floundering when reporters ask him about anything going on in Trump's White House. Hopefully McCarthy's Spicer becomes as much of a fixture on SNL as Alec Baldwin's Trump in the coming weeks, because you'd probably learn more from her parody press conferences than you would from Spicer's actual ones.
