Fund This: Anthony Rapp and Jonathan Bennett Get Hitched in Do You Take This Man
The film just needs its last bit of funding to get off the ground.
Gay stars Anthony Rapp (Rent, Dazed and Confused) and Jonathan Bennett (Mean Girls) play Daniel and Christopher, respectively, in Do You Take This Man, a romantic flick for the post-DOMA age.
As the couple prepares for their nuptials, old friends bring their differences to light. All the typical stress and emotions of planning a wedding come into play, showing that love doesn't belong just to gay people or straight people -- it's a universal concept.
With a supporting cast that includes Alyson Hannigan, Thomas Dekker, and Lee Garlington, it's sure to be a favorite. Although writer and director, Joshua Tunick wrapped production on the film last summer, he still needs some help getting the finished product out there.
