Since the disease's outbreak in the '80s, the skincare brand has been a strong supporter the HIV/AIDS organization. Since their first LifeRide in 2010, they've ridden more than 12,000 miles and raised more than $1.9 million for AIDS research. Join the LifeRide this month from Los Angeles to San Diego.
This year, they're bringing the effort to social media. To help raise awareness and money for the cause, they're asking people to post to Twitter and Instagram. Take a selfie, making a heart with your hands, and be sure to include the hashtag, #LifeRide9, as well as to tag @Kiehls and @amfAR, and they'll donate $30 to the organization. Tag three friends to keep the philanthropic momentum going.
People can also donate to the cause while stocking up on some quality Kiehl's product. The LifeRide edition of the Ultimate Strength Hand Salve is now available online. For $28.50, all of the proceeds will go to amfAR.
